摘要
This paper presents the design of a miniaturized laptop antenna for future Wi-Fi 7 operations in the 2.4 GHz (2400-2484 MHz), 5 GHz (5150-5875 MHz), and 6 GHz (5925-7125 MHz) frequency bands. The proposed antenna is positioned on a metallic ground measuring 200 x 300 x 0.4 mm(3). With dimensions of 30.5 x 3.5 mm(2), the antenna is fed by a coaxial line and exhibits the capability to excite three resonant modes, ensuring complete coverage of the Wi-Fi 7 operational bands. This antenna design offers several advantages, including a simple structure, small size, low profile, and successful achievement of miniaturization, making it well-suited for modern laptops with thin frames or narrow bezels.
