摘要
The mandatory internship is an important link in teacher training and, focusing on this object, the research in question sought to analyze the practice of a teacher supervising the mandatory internship in an 8th grade class in the municipality of Garanhuns. Three classes were observed by two students in training in the Letters course at UPE campus Garanhuns. The methodological character of the research was guided by descriptive procedures, which showed the relationship between the teaching methodology developed in the classroom and the possible contributions to the teacher training of the interns. The discussions were based mainly on Geraldi (1991) and Antunes (2003). The results indicated that the teacher's classes were dynamic, interactive and managed to keep the students' attention. In addition, it was verified how much the observation and analysis of the teaching practice re-signified the views on the teaching of the students of the Languages course.
