摘要
Integrity in Work-Related Situations (INWORK) is a situational judgment test (SJT) regarding job-related integrity. The INWORK consists of 23 work scenarios with four response options each. These options involve behaviors that are more or less counterproductive. Test-takers choose the option that best reflects their typical behavior in situations like the one described. The test is objective concerning test administration and scoring and is relatively reliable; there are some indications of validity. However, further studies with third-party assessments and a normative sample consisting of job applicants are necessary.
