摘要：

The article presents the development and perspectives of the scientific-research potential and the infrastructure of the Laboratory of High Voltage Technique named after prof. Andrzej Sowa, DSc PhD Eng. The laboratory operates at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of Bialystok University of Technology and is a part of Polish EMC Laboratories Network (EMC-LabNet). The directions of scientific research, the infrastructure and the research offer of the laboratory have been presented.
