Nocardiosis is a rare opportunistic infection that is classically observed in immunocompromised patients but can also affect immunocompetent individuals. It tends to involve the lung, central nervous system, and skin and is often misdiagnosed. Clinical manifestations of primary cutaneous nocardiosis.image
