Educational effectiveness in an Institute of Higher Education, in times of pandemic

摘要
The objective of this study is to describe good practices related to organizational factors of educational effectiveness in times of pandemic in a Private Institute of Higher Education in Peru. Qualitative study, which considers four categories of study to proceed to develop the semi-structured interview guide, which was applied to leaders of the institution under study. The study concludes that the institution's good leadership practices in the context of a pandemic consist of: i) developing a pedagogical management style; ii) accompany the teacher to guarantee learning results and strengthen teaching; iii) foster a high commitment in collaborators thanks to motivation, closeness and the promotion of shared leadership; and finally, iv) develop agile tools that facilitate communication and contribute to the achievement of objectives.
