摘要
In a remarkable new study, Su et al. have shown that a specific subpop-ulation of CD8(+) T cells, attracted to brain lesion sites and expanded via microglia-CD8(+) T cell CXCL16-CXCR6 intercellular communication, can curb Alzheimer's disease (AD)-related pathology in mouse models.
