摘要
Any studies consider competencies as strong critical success factors in companies when seeking sustainable competitive advantage. Considering that information technology projects fail due to lack of collective competences, it's considered that the company's results depend on the activities of the teams distributed between the strategic and operational levels. Just as the creation of collective business goals is a condition for improving the company's market results and profitability, a more comprehensive recognition of the current state of competences at the team level. This systematic literature review aimed to identify the characteristics of collective competences in projects in the area of information technology to analyze trends on the subject, as well as key elements and gaps to support future research. Studies were analyzed in the Scopus Database, published between 2009 and 2022, resulting in a corpus of 72 studies. The results of this theoretical study showed a depth in the concept of collective competences represented into 58 characteristics, distributed among 06 identified categories: individual competences, teams, people management, strategic vision, organization and technology. To understand the state of the art and contribute to the discussion, a general review of the main subjects of the productions listed in a timeline is presented. This work contributes to the academic community by identifying and categorization of collective competences in projects in the area of information technology, assists the human resources and information technology management areas of organizations in identifying, applying and monitoring collective competences for delivering projects more efficient.
