摘要
The discipline of International Relations is believed to be under the heavy influence of the Western powers. This influence has been challenged by some prominent scholars in the non-Western part of the world with various explanations. These also seem to offer explanations for the status of nuclear security in general. Inspired by postcolonial scholars, the article hopes to shed a light on why approaches to nuclear security differ in different parts of the world.
