摘要
Nulear protein in testis (NUT) catcinoma is a kind of hignv igge sive and fatal solid urnor characterized by a earrangemenit of the NUT uarinona family inber 1 (NUTMI) geie located on choniosone '5 c i. where the most coinnion fori of fesion is 3RD4-NUT. NUT carcioita occutred in different organs an was most cotnionly found in the midline organs and the longs. NUT carcinoma cas octtr in patients of almost all ages, having a roughly consistent incidence in both se-:es. Most of te patients were diagnosed in advanced stages with an extieiely poor prognosis due to the lack of effective treatment. After years ofiesearcl, the iechanins of NUT carcinomna is still not fully clear, and its theapeutic approaches need to be further studied and explored. In order to gain a mrcopelthensive undestanding of NUT carcinoma and explore the effective treatments, this review aised to suinarize the clinical features, pathological characteristics, differential diagnosis, and treatsent strategies for this disease.
