摘要
The purpose of this qualitative descriptive study was to understand the experiences of food insecure college students during the Covid-19 pandemic. Twenty-four students who self-identified as food insecure were recruited from social media and email listservs. Individual Zoom interviews were conducted. The recordings of interviews were transcribed and analyzed. Three major themes emerged: (1) access to more resources; (2) multiple losses; and (3) "college kids need help."
