摘要:
A new strategy for copper-catalyzed the coupling reaction of sulfonylazides with formamides to construct a series of functionalized N-sulfonyl amidines in moderate to excellent yields has been established. Diazo reagent was applied as an important additive to activate formamides. This methodology was distinguished by operational simplicity, easily available starting materials and good functionality tolerance.
