摘要
The need for larger output voltage ranges of high-power electric vehicle charging systems, caused by different vehicle battery voltages can lead to a decreased efficiency over the power converter output voltage range. In this paper, a double submodule DC-DC converter topology with a solid state change-over switch for a fast transition between parallel and series connection of the output stages is proposed. The transition and the expanded full power output voltage range is investigated trough simulation and experimental validation.
