摘要
Fourteen flavonoids (1, 2, 4-9, 11, 13-16 and 19) were isolated from the leaves of Amorphophallus asper. On the other hand, thirteen flavonoids (1-5, 8, 10, 11-13, 17, 18 and 20) were isolated from the leaves of Amorpho-phallus paeoniifolius. Among these flavonoids, 9 from A. asper and 10 from A. paeoniifolius were identified as isovitexin 2 '-O-8-D-glucopyranoside-7-sulfate and apigenin 8-C-8-D-galactopyranoside-2 '-O-8-D-xylopyranoside, respectively, through UV and NMR spectroscopy, HR-MS, LC-MS and acid hydrolysis. They have been reported in nature for the first time.
