CONTRIBUTIONS THE APPROACH OF THE THEORY OF THE STATE TO ANALYZE THE IDEOLOGICAL ABSENCE OF POLITICAL PARTIES IN PERU

The objective of this article is to study the approach of the theory of the State through the analysis of the ideological absence of Political Parties in Peru -political ideology provides, from an initial perspective, a frame of reference to interpret social stimuli, as well as a series of beliefs about how society is organized; On the other hand, ideology provides a set of beliefs about how society should be organized in its ideal form. This problematic reality led to the execution of the present study, for which it was formulated as a general problem: How do ideologies of political parties in Peru contributed to the strengthening of the democratic rule of law?, and the study that was carried out is located within the framework of basic research, which according to Mikolajewicz & Komarova (2019) is research that seeks the discovery of new knowledge that are presented in reality through the application of scientific procedures; Therefore, in the development of this study, knowledge was sought of how political parties have implemented their ideology in the community and how the implementation of these ideological principles has contributed to the strengthening of the democratic rule of law.
