摘要
A compact nonlinear circuit model is developed for frequency-selective limiters (FSLs) based on thin film magnetic materials. The model contains three-port spin units that represent the dynamic spin precession behaviors. They are combined with transmission line lumped element model to form a complete circuit for FSLs. The field nonuniformity is addressed by splitting the original transmission line inductance. The circuit model is implemented in Advanced Design System (ADS) and is capable of predicting the insertion loss and power threshold of a CPWFSL.
