摘要
This article focuses on the development of the Contextual Leadership Instrument for the Principals in Malaysian schools (MyCLIPS)* * The instrument noted in this article has been copyrighted by Intellectual Property Malaysia (MyIPO) under the names of both authors (license number: CRLY00018065). . Two sets of data were gathered fromschool teachers in Malaysia to test instrument reliability, content validity and construct validity via exploratory factor analysis (EFA), using SPSS 25.0; followed confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), via AMOS 24.0. The final measurement model has three-factors: (1) contextual intelligence, (2) pedagogical support, and (3) collegiality; with a total of 29 items. The validation of MyCLIPS extends knowledge and practice in leadership; the instrument can be further tested in other settings.
