摘要
Cancer immunotherapy has favorable efficacy in various types of tumors, and has become an important weapon in the treatment of tumors in recent years. Long noncoding RNAs and microRNAs have been identified to play important roles in regulating cancer immunotherapy. Circular RNAs (circRNAs) are involved in the pathological process of many diseases, especially cancer. Many functions of circRNAs have been extensively studied. How-ever, the functions of circRNAs in the tumor microenvironment and cancer immunotherapy do not appear to be fully elucidated. Therefore, we review the roles of circRNAs in tumor microenvironment and cancer immunotherapy.
