The sustainable last mile in electronic commerce: Identification of research topics addressed in the literature

摘要
The interest in the last mile, considered the most important factor in electronic commerce, has increased as online sales have grown. However, there is still no overview of this field of research. The objective of this article is to offer a complete overview of the topics covered in the literature on the sustainable last mile. To do this, a literature review was carried out in which the 140 articles identified were classified according to their subject matter and research method. As a result, 11 themes were identified and four future lines of research were established.
