摘要
Monosubstituted quercetin conjugates were synthesized via Mannich reactions from 1-aryl-(or H)-6,7-dimethoxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinolines in 75-96% yields. Compounds with antihypoxic activity more effective than that of quercetin were found among them.
