摘要
At the beginning of the change initiative goals are not always clearly and unambiguously formulated, but can only be concretized, changed and supplemented over time. Also, context and framework conditions are not always known and stable. In such situations, the application of an episodic approach, as it is so often used in change projects, does not seem to be suitable. It is the intention of this article in Gruppe. Interaction. Organization. (GIO) to address along a practical example the application of a "continuous" change approach as an alternative. In order to establish a suitable link between theory and practice, preconditions and requirements for consulting and leadership will also be addressed.
