摘要
Nanofibrous TiO2 and Ag-TiO2 aerogels were successfully produced by the first time through innovation in the use of solution blow spinning (SBS) technique later by freeze-casting. The synthesized aerogels exhibit exceptional characteristics, boasting a porosity exceeding 90% and a microstructure intricately composed of nanofibers. The water filtration treatment was made with a continuous flow system. The aerogels remained intact after 24 h of constant water flow and removed 100% of the M. aeruginosa cells after 6 h of treatment. The aerogels were efficient in the removal of Rhodamine B, obtaining 98.6% of degradation for Ag-TiO2 and 92.2% for TiO2.
