摘要：
The proposal of digital democracy with the aim of making deliberative democracy possible in countries with huge populations, complex geographies and long distances, remains, for now, a theoretical gamble. However, at the local level and in a disaggregated manner, im-portant achievements of digital democracy can be seen in spaces and moments that are vital in the construction of local democratic scenarios.
