摘要
We have developed an efficient, fast, and sensitive method for Sudan I detection using a modified screen-printed electrode (SPE) with magnetic activated carbon-cobalt nanocomposite (MAC-Co). The new electrochemical sensor demonstrated excellent response ability and electrocatalytic activity for Sudan I detecting. Compared to a bare SPE, the electrochemical oxidation signal of Sudan I at the surface of the modified screen-printed electrode (MAC-Co-SPE) was significantly increased. To determine Sudan I, we optimized experimental conditions such as the pH of the solution, scan rate, and instrumental parameters for differential pulse voltammetry. Under optimized conditions, we observed a linear response for Sudan I in the concentration range of 0.3-400.0 mu M, with a detection limit of 9.0 nM. Finally, we successfully employed this sensor to Sudan I detection in some food samples. Cyclic voltammetry, chronoamperometry, and differential pulse voltammetry were used to validate the sensor.
