Introduction: The school stage has been defined, due to its compulsory nature, as the ideal environment to reach a general population trained in Basic Life Support in the medium or long term. The teacher has been pointed out as a key figure to include this subject in schools, however, this would not be feasible without prior training. The training of this subject during the Master's degree studies could be considered as an efficient strategy. In order to analyze the current situation of this matter in the training of students of the Degrees of Education in our country, a systematic review with meta-analysis is carried out. Method: The databases used were Cochrane Library, Pubmed, ScienceDirect, CINAHL, Web of Science, ERIC, GRA(5. Six studies are included in the systematic review while 2 studies are selected for the meta-analysis. Results: The level of knowledge in basic life support of future teachers is low, but after briefing previous training, teachers and university students of the Degrees of Education would be trained and willing to include this content with their students in educational centers. Discussion: These results represent a stimulus for the implementation of training programs in Basic Life Support for the students of future teachers, the basis for them to instruct their students.
