摘要
This study argues that Jewish dance aims to preserve Jewish culture by analyzing the historical narratives to which it refers. Cultural studies are used to analyze the manifestation of Jewish dance, and based on its definition, the narratives taken from the collective historical memory of Jewish culture are studied, examining various examples of dancing created in Mexico to understand how Jewish dance is choreographed and how it serves as a tool to preserve the culture by collecting and creating identities.
