摘要
The objective of this article is to identify the state of the art on the research about smart logistics and smart services in logistics. In order to achieve the proposed objective, it was used the methodological procedure of systematic literature review, following the protocol proposed by Pagiani, Kovaleski and Resende (2015), called Methodi Ordinatio. With the results found it was possible to synthesize the knowledge about the theme, as well as point out the main authors, journals and countries that conduct research concerning the areas mentioned above. Although the results point to a growth in research that addresses intelligent logistics and intelligent services in the second half of the decade of 2010, it is possible to infer that there is need to advance in research in this area, notably because the data show the ability to apply in different fields of logistics in particular, and in Supply Chain Management, in general.
