摘要
A control framework that optimizes registration accuracy while ensuring safety in roll-to-roll processes is presented. A primary controller using a modified algebraic Riccati equation is designed to reduce registration errors. This is complemented by a safety-critical controller based on a control barrier functional to maintain tension within safe limits. Our method is supported by numerical simulations, offering great potential to enhance existing industrial controllers.
