摘要
Core-shell quantum dot ZnS/CdSe screen-printedelectrodeswere used to electrochemically measure human blood plasma levels ofexogenous adrenaline administered to cardiac arrest patients. Theelectrochemical behavior of adrenaline on the modified electrode surfacewas investigated using differential pulse voltammetry (DPV), cyclicvoltammetry, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Underoptimal conditions, the linear working ranges of the modified electrodewere 0.001-3 mu M (DPV) and 0.001-300 mu M (EIS).The best limit of detection for this concentration range was 2.79x 10(-8) mu M (DPV). The modified electrodesshowed good reproducibility, stability, and sensitivity and successfullydetected adrenaline levels.
