摘要
This paper presents a two-level robust optimal feeder routing model for the planning of radial distribution networks where power demand is uncertain. The robust model is solved by implementing the column and constraint generation strategy. The optimization goal is to find routes that provide minimal total annual costs that satisfy parameters for quality of supply and technical constraints under the worst uncertain power demand realization. The model incorporates annual capital recovery, energy loss, and undelivered energy costs. The column and constraint generation strategy was developed using a mixed-integer quadratically constraint pro-gramming model capable of obtaining a deterministic solution to the optimal feeder routing problem.
