摘要
The synthesis of Bi2O3/Bi2S3 nanoparticles (NPs) with the presence of stabilizing agent 1-thioglycerol by the aqueous colloidal method have been demonstrated in the present work. The morphological, structural, and optical properties of Bi2O3/Bi2S3 nanoparticles were investigated by transmission electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, UV-Vis spectroscopy, and Photoluminescence, respectively. Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy spectra show the characteristic bands of the Bi-O bond and the formation of the S-Bi bond. The growth of Bi2O3/Bi2S3 nanoparticles is evidenced by the results obtained, which recommend them as promising materials for biotechnological applications.
