This research aims to demonstrate the impacts of the Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciacao a Docencia (PIBID) on the training of History teachers in Alto Sertao Alagoano (2015-2020). The selection criterion for delimiting the space-time cut is based on the insertion of the course within the program. Specifically, the objective is to highlight the training implications for scholarship holders participating in PIBID History, and identify the challenges and difficulties faced. In view of the above, the question arises as to the impacts of PIBID on the training of History teachers at the Campus do Sertao. The scientific relevance of this research is based on the absence of a historiographical production on this specific topic within this space-time frame, in the Campus do Sertao collection, specifically the collection of the history course, it is worth highlighting some course completion works, Santana (2018) and Santos (2019). The methodological procedures for carrying out the research include data collection instruments, participant observation, documentary research, and semi-structured interviews.
