HUMAN RIGHTS UNDER PAULO FREIRE'S PERSPECTIVE

The object of investigation concerns Human Rights under the eyes of Paulo Freire. The purpose of this research is to analyze Paulo Freire's discourse on human rights in the work Pedagogia da Autonomia and in Acao Cultural para Liberdade and other writings. The epistemological curiosity consists of knowing: how are Human Rights ordered in Paulo Freire's discourse? The methodological procedure is anchored in the Theory of Discourse Analysis (DAT) by Michel Foucault (2012), which allows mapping the series of signs about Human Rights, excavating the discursive orders and explaining how human rights were considered by Paulo Freire in your writings. It is noted that the discursive order of Human Rights concerns: dialogue, democracy, interculturality, social justice and protagonism of the subjects of rights. Thus, it is emphasized that Human Rights is a flag of struggle to be constantly raised by subjects in motion.
