摘要
Ensuring that those working in oral healthcare are enabled to feel safe and comfortable in their work is central to healthcare delivery. There are multiple threats to wellbeing within dentistry that operate at the level of the individual, their workplace and the system (funding and regulatory) within which dentistry is practised.Addressing these threats requires interventions at all three levels.
