A new coumarin glucoside from Angelica pubescens

摘要
A new coumarin glucoside named angelol A-3'-beta-D-glucoside and four known compounds (2-5) were isolated from the root of Angelica pubescens. Their chemical structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic methods involving HR-ESI-MS, 1D and 2D NMR. The absolute configuration of compound 1 was confirmed by the CD experiment. All compounds were tested for nitric oxide (NO) inhibitory activity in vitro. The results showed that all compounds exhibited weak to moderate inhibition activities of NO production except compound 5.
