Transoceanic Cultural and Literary Interactions Promoted by Blanca de los Rios in the Fin-de-Siecle Era

In the fin-de-siecle era bridges began to be built and movements started to take place between Spain and the '' New World '' through the creation of communities and socio-political and cultural initiatives that would make it possible to forge artistic connections between the two sides of the Atlantic. Within a new historical context, this research, focused on the promotion of transoceanic literary connections led by Blanca de los Rios, aims to examine the cultural actions, ideological postulates and Americanist missions encouraged by this Andalusian writer in order to interweave and promote artistic and intellectual links between Spain and Latin American countries.
