摘要
The child welfare field is abuzz with conversations about amplifying the knowledge of persons with lived experience. Yet some of our most important tools, outcome measures, reflect the expertise of practitioners and researchers. Our team had an opportunity to privilege the perspective of 204 kinship caregivers by gathering their definitions of success and well-being, which included: happiness and health; needs being met and taking good care of children; parenting knowledge and characteristics; and financial stability.
