Strategies to Strengthen Communicative Skills in Students

The objective of this research was to propose a task-based strategy to improve the development of communication skills in students of the La Mana Educational Unit - Ecuador 2021. The methodology used was basic, with a purposeful design, a survey was used whose Validity was determined by expert judgment, as well as the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient (0.842). In the results, 37% of teachers use task-focused strategies, 40% consider that students have developed verbal reception skills. It concludes by proposing strategies where communication is based on skills and information, adapting content to different learning styles, motivating the student to learn, building relationships through encouragement and empathy, managing the classroom and providing feedback, making your classroom classes an interactive and attractive learning environment to strengthen expression skills.
