摘要
There are some complications associated with SSc that can be prevented or attenu-ated with appropriate screening and treatment, which may not be consistently per-formed such as preventing infections with routine vaccinations. Patients with SSc can be at risk of decreased seroconversion due to immunosuppressants, and tempo-rary DMARD suspension around vaccinations may be warranted. In addition, patients may benefit from the "prime-boost" approach to influenza vaccination.
