Dictionary of Football Language. From block to Second Division Player

The dictionary comprises 2,500 words and expressions that are widely used in the modern German football language. Many lexical units have been registered in the dictionary for the first time. Each dictionary entry provides authentic examples of how a word, its derivatives, phrases and expressions can be used in different discourses in media (printed and electronic) communication: sportscasts, commentaries, analytical reviews, and others.
