摘要
Althoughthe efficiency of Cu2ZnSn-(S,Se)(4) (CZTSSe) thinfilm solar cell has exceeded 13%, the depositionofCZTSSe absorbers is based on spin coating in a glovebox, which isuncompetitive for low-cost and high-throughput production. Hence,we report a deposition of high-quality CZTSSe thin film absorber viaa scalable inkjet printing method in ambient air. The structure, morphology, and electronic and photovoltaic properties of the printed CZTSSe absorberwere analyzed. CZTSSe devices with total area efficiency of 9.2% areachieved, which ranks the highest efficiency of CZTSSe solar cellsprepared by inkjet printing method. This work demonstrated that inkjetprinting could be a promising way for the fabrication of cost-effectiveCZTSSe solar cells.
