摘要
The paper addresses the development of a self-powered, autonomous sensor for measuring rotational speed, utilizing 3D printing for prototyping. The device integrates a generator, voltage rectifier, energy storage, power management, speed measurement, and WiFi transmission. A power budget analysis based on microcontroller and wireless module specifications is performed, with an ESP8266 module selected for energy efficiency. The generator design employs permanent magnets and coils, optimized for efficiency. Tests confirm the generator's capability to produce adequate power. Additionally, an energy storage system using a supercapacitor is proposed. The device demonstrates successful integration and operation, opening avenues for further applications.
