摘要：
Die Akkumulation von aggregiertem Amyloid-beta (A beta) spielt in der Pathogenese von Morbus Alzheimer eine wichtige Rolle. Der humanisierte monoklonale IgG1-Antikorper Lecanemab bindet mit hoher Affinitat an A beta-losliche Protofibrillen und gilt als moglicher Wirkstoff zur Behandlung von Betroffenen im Fruhstadium. Van Dyck et al. haben Sicherheit und Wirksamkeit von Lecanemab gepruft und kommen in ihrer Phase-III-Studie zu einem gemischten Ergebnis.
