USE OF NITROGEN AND KINETIN TO IMPROVE THE CHARACTERISTICS OF TRITICALE IN FODDER MIXTURE WITH CLOVER AND ITS EFFECT ON THE YIELD OF GREEN FODDER AND DRY MATTER

摘要
A field experiment was carried out in the Department of Field Crops, Research station, College of Agriculture, University of Tikrit in the season 2021-2022. A randomized complete block design (RCBD) was used with a split-plot system in three replications. The main treatments were nitrogen fertilization 120 kg N h(-1) and 120 kg N h(-1) + 30 mg L-1 kinetin and no addition (comparison) and the secondary treatments were 120 kg H-1 triticale alone and 16 kg of h(-1) clover + 120 kg of h(-1) triticale and 32 kg of h(-1) clover + 60 kg of h(-1) triticale and 16 kg of h(-1) clover + 60 kg of h(-1) triticale. The results showed the superiority of the combination treatment of 120 kg N h-1 + 30 mg L-1 kinetin in the characteristics of the average number of tillers (383.19) tillersm(-2), the yield of green forage (16.412) ton h(-1), the percentage of dry matter (14.73) %, and the yield of dry matter (2,424 ton h(-1)). The single cultivation treatment excelled in all the traits under study except for the percentage of leaves: tillers, and the mixing treatment of 16 kg h(-1) clover + 120 kg h(-1) triticale was the best of the mixing treatments. The higher the amount of triticale seeds in the mixing treatments, the higher is the value of the traits under study. The best interaction was between the combination of 120 kg N h(-1) + 30 mg L-1 kinetin and treatment 120 kg h(-1) triticale and the mixing treatment 16 kg h(-1) clover + 120 kg h(-1) triticale.
