摘要
In this paper, a method for modeling and simulation of pneumatic transients of natural gas (NG) pipelines is proposed. The partial differential equations (PDEs) that describe the dynamics characteristics of the NG pipeline are converted to ordinary differential equations (ODEs) based on the difference approximation. Electrical analogies for pneumatic quantities are exploited. An equivalent circuit model with a constant impedance of NG pipeline is proposed, which is considered the influence of time-varying fluid resistance on models. Furthermore, the optimal scheme for the number of pipe segments is studied. Test cases verify the proposed model in terms of accuracy and evaluate its numerical efficiency.
