摘要
The creation of the Federal Institutes of Education, Science and Technology (IFs) in Brazil, through Law 11,892, of 12/29/2008, gives rise to a critical-dialectical debate within the scope of educational macropolicies aimed at IFCE students in relation to issues of teaching and learning processes. This research aimed to propose teaching modeling based on a lesson plan backed by the precepts of Cooperative Learning within the scope of the pedagogical teaching project of a postgraduate course lato sensu in Planning and Management of Public Policies. The theoretical aspect allowed for a formative path, whose structuring method organizes the collective of students in a class into study and research cells, with intersubjective mediation roles. The research has a qualitative approach and is classified as experimental. The epistemic culmination of the present research occurred through the outlining of a lesson planning of a subject taught in a postgraduate latu sensu course, in the area of Administration, whose course and method can be replicated in other courses and institutions. In the results and discussions of the work, it was found that the application of this teaching method requires pedagogical adaptations, since it is not enough to gather students in favor of an activity for this group to be understood as cooperative.
