Welcome to the March 2023 Issue

I would first like to welcome Prof. Weihua Zhuang, 2023 IEEE Vehicular Technology Society (VTS) president, to the first issue of the year of IEEE Vehicular Technology Magazine. Weihua is a long-standing VTS volunteer (including positions such as editor-in-chief of IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology and vice president-publications), and I had the pleasure and honor of working closely with her over the past years. She is a committed, hard-working, and quality-driven professional and volunteer, and I am sure that she will have a strong, positive impact on the Society as VTS President.
