摘要：
Algorithms and Artificial Intelligence are transforming preventive police surveillance. An increasing number of institutions and jurists point to the risks of these tools due to their biases, but the truth is that contemporary states cannot protect security without new technologies. This paper explains the guarantees that can prevent abuse when are applied for the compliance of law.
