摘要
A narrative review is carried out based on articles published in the last five years in the databases (Google academic, PubMed, DOAJ and Psyke) with the aim of identifying the main variables subject to treatment in patients undergoing a hemodialysis regimen; as well as psychotherapeutic or intervention models and their results. A total of 20 articles including originals, review and an intervention proposal were identified, within which a total of 26 variables or group of variables and 16 models appear. It is concluded that cognitive behavioral therapy is the most used, with treatment of depression, anxiety and quality of life predominating, with tendencies to integrate positive, clinical and demographic variables. Several interventions use a fusion of models, while others incorporate a religious or spiritual worldview. Although good results are provided, limitations are also recognized in various aspects.
