摘要
Education is fundamental: with it we build the foundations on which human beings and societies will develop; through it we try to promote what seems good to the community and suppress what seems bad. These uses demonstrate that education acts on the student's body and soul, shaping them and imprinting or suppressing certain physical and psychic characteristics. In this anthropoplastic power lies the immeasurable relevance of the knowledge we have about education. We propose to reflect on some ethical and political aspects that we find in philosophical investigations on education throughout the history of philosophy.
